A palace of secret stories and public lives, Kensington Palace, situated in beautiful parkland in the centre of London, was designed as a royal residence for William III and Mary II by Sir Christopher Wren. More recently it has been the official residence of Princess Margaret, Diana, Princess of Wales and is currently home to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. The recently renovated visitor routes through the King’s and Queen’s State Apartments reveal the surprising stories of many of the palace’s inhabitants over the centuries.

*IMPORTANT: Due to the popularity of this exhibition, Kensington Palace will be experiencing high volumes of visitors which may lead to queues at peak times. We advise visitors to take this into account when planning their itineraries and to allow extra time for their visit.
