Ticket price is per person and subject to availability and change.
Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Travel, accommodation, meals, and insurance not included.
Match date subject to change by the Premier League – your ticket remains valid for the new date.
Tickets are located in Home supporters’ area (i.e. Liverpool FC); Away Team support is prohibited. Any guests seen to be openly supporting the opposition are liable to be refused entry or ejected from the stadium without compensation. Away colours are not permitted.
The following English Premier League Terms apply:
A confirmed booking is NON-REFUNDABLE whatever the personal circumstances of the traveler maybe. Do NOT confirm if you are unsure of your intention to travel. Ensure you include sufficient accommodation and do not plan to arrive or depart on the date of the match.
If a match date changes for football reasons only such as but not limited to TV broadcast picks, domestic & European cup schedules, refunds are NOT possible. However if an alternative match is required we will do our best to accommodate and deal with each case individually.
If a weekend match changes to a midweek date for football reasons only such as but not limited to TV broadcast picks, domestic & European cup schedules the following options are available to travel agency/end consumer :
1/ Amend travel plans to cover the new fixture date.
2/ Keep original travel plans and choose alternative Premiership or Championship match ticket, subject to availability. Any additional costs or partial refunds will be made clear at the time.
MATCH POSTPONEMENT
If a match is postponed at short notice due to poor weather conditions, industrial action, force majeure or any other reason not within the control of the football club or TV companies, the match ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Depending on availability alternative match may be offered. * Group bookings – Terms and conditions will be agreed at the time of booking.
BEHIND CLOSED DOORS
Any match played behind closed doors for any reason to result in refund for the ticket package only. No refunds for consequential losses due to travel arrangements.
MATCH DATE CONFIRMATION
The booking system is updated when dates have been confirmed by TV. However, there may be occasions when fixtures may be amended further. Normal cancellations policy will apply.
TICKET DELIVERY
English Premier League clubs confirm e/tickets for all home matches.
E/tickets provided to travel agency 72 hours prior to kick off for onward sending to the consumer by travel agency. E/tickets can be printed at home, or shown from cell phone at stadium to gain entry.
AWAY FANS UK
Please be advised that all tickets are located in Home supporters areas. Any guests seen to be openly supporting the opposition are liable to be refused entry or ejected from the stadium without compensation. Please advise that away colours are not permitted.
