Opening hours

British TIPS is open Monday to Friday, 09h00 – 17h00. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Emergencies on existing bookings after hours: Please WhatsApp us at +27 76 399 4640. We may not be able to take calls so kindly text message us first – one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible for emergencies.

Please note that, should you require assistance after hours for new enquiries, an after-hours fee is payable prior to commencing with a quote. Alternatively, we will reply as soon as possible during office hours.

The British TIPS team works from home-based offices. Fortunately, technology allows us to assist you with all your travel needs via email, WhatsApp or phone! For those who prefer to a more ‘face-to-face’ approach, we can arrange a virtual meeting via WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams or Skype. We can also arrange an in-person meeting with advance notice.
